Winter is the season of descent — the sacred pause between who you have been and who you are becoming.
It’s the time when the leaves have fallen, the earth is bare, and everything in nature is returning to its roots to regenerate.
Winter is the fertile void. The liminal space where old identities dissolve, subconscious material rises to the surface, and new visions begin gestating beneath what appears to be quiet and still.
This is the season of: deep introspection, identity rebirth, root restoration, energetic clearing, and recalibrating your internal compass for the year to come. Winter is where the fertile foundation is cultivated.
While the world slows down, your inner world becomes louder.
Winter is where your subconscious unravels, when the old stories and patterns are easiest to see and dissolve, and when your system is most primed for transformation.

Ceremony and ritual to guide you through the arc of death & rebirth. Marking your current rite of passage. To allow what is needing to die to do so and rise into who you’re becoming.
Two Group Tea Ceremonies in the fertile void of the container. You will receive special Tea leaves in the mail, along with tea ceremony guidance for our group tea ceremonies.
Weekly Guidebooks with rite of passage guidance, reflection questions, journal prompts, and ceremonial support to further unravel, clarify, and assist your threshold process.
A Telegram Group Chat to be witnessed in your process, share reflections and wins, and feel held by a community walking through this threshold alongside you.
Weekly Meetings
Opening Threshold Ceremony is Monday, December 8th at 3PM MST / 5PM EST
We will gather every Monday at 3-5:30 MST / 5-6:30 EST via Zoom.
Each call will be recorded and replay will be available for those unable to attend.
Your Threshold Journey
Week 1 – Crossing the Leadership Threshold
Opening ceremony. Anchor into your intention for this next season of leadership, visibility, and prosperity. Mark the moment you step out of your old leadership identity and into the woman you are becoming. Claim the Threshold you are crossing in your business and soul’s work.
Week 2 – Severance: Releasing the Old Identity Identify and dissolve the fears, beliefs, and patterns that have kept you small — impostor syndrome, fear of being seen, scarcity programming, and the identities that can’t come with you into your next level.
This is where the subconscious unravels what has been limiting your leadership and prosperity.
Week 3 – Descent into the Void Enter the liminal space where your old identity dissolves and your true leadership roots deepen. Be held in a collective Tea Ceremony as you meet your edges, surrender old strategies, and open to the deeper wisdom that wants to move through you.
This is the heart of the initiation. The descent where your medicine clarifies itself.
Week 4 – Revelation & Visioning Your Leadership
From the fertile void, receive the clarity you’ve been waiting for.
Your authentic leadership, your medicine, and the soul-led direction of your business begin to come into focus.

Week 5 – Reclamation & Embodiment of the Leader. Reclaim the truth of who you are as a leader. Embody the medicine you’re here to share and the value you bring to your community and clients. Open your energetic field to prosperity by becoming the woman who can hold visibility, leadership, and income as a natural extension of her essence.
Week 6 – Integration & Rising
Integrate your rebirth into your daily life and soul-based offerings.
Anchor the internal foundations of the new leader you’ve become.
Celebrate your crossing — and rise into the new year with clarity, confidence, and readiness for the larger initiation ahead.

Culture of Threshold
This container is rooted in support, safety, and sovereignty.
Threshold is not about extraction or performance — it is about returning to your own Soul’s truth. While this is a group journey, the focus is not on intensive group processing. Instead, you will be guided to turn inward, meet yourself, and stay close to your own process.
There will be moments of sharing and group reflection — but the emphasis is always on your internal journey, supported by ritual, guided practices, and journaling prompts that anchor you back to your own wisdom.
Subconscious coaching is woven into the container in a way that honors your individual journey. You may witness group guidance or receive coaching directly, and you’ll be invited to reflect on how the themes and insights arise within your own life. This allows you to surface and alchemize subconscious beliefs, face fears, and integrate transformation, all while staying rooted in your own process.
The group field amplifies your process, creating a supportive space for profound change while keeping the focus on your inner work and growth. Your Guide, Mandalynn
Mandalynn is a Rite of Passage Guide, Subconscious Coach, and Life Doula. A Cancer Sun, Scorpio Moon, and Virgo Rising — with her North Node and Jupiter in Scorpio — she was born to walk between thresholds. Her work holds space for the death of previous identities, versions of self, and outdated ways of being… and ushers new life into fruition, in alignment with the truth of the Soul.
